8:30-10:00 am - Check In (Bailey Performance Center, Kennesaw State University)
10:00-11:15 am - Welcome & Band Rehearsal
11:30-12:15 pm - Lunch
1:00-5:00 pm - Band Rehearsal & Sectionals


​Tuesday & Wednesday:
8:30-11:15 am - Band Rehearsal & Sectionals
11:30-12:30 pm - Lunch & Recreation Time
12:45-2:15 pm - Master Classes
2:30-3:15 pm – KSU Faculty Recital / New Horizons Band Concert
3:30-5:00 - Band Rehearsal


Thursday:
8:30-11:15 - Band Rehearsal
11:30-12:30 pm - Lunch & Camp Photo
12:45-2:15 - Final Master Classes
2:30-3:30 pm - Solo and Ensemble Competition
4:00 - Grand Finale Concert (Bailey Performance Center, Kennesaw State University)
